In the course of the revision and introduction of the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), iSEMcon GmbH (as the manufacturer) and its business partners (importers/European distributors) will align their joint processes with applicable regulations, laws, and requirements to ensure continued compliance.
This necessitates adjustments to our sales channels to the following extent:
Orders from private and business customers in Germany and Austria are processed via the company headquarters in Germany.
Orders from European customers (EEA and EFTA) and customers in Great Britain are fulfilled by the iSEMcon distributor of the country of destination.

For all other countries, supply arrangements remain unchanged.
